Sunflower Hearts are simply peeled Black Sunflowers, which means they leave little-to-no mess.
They are certainly a favourite in the hearts of a variety of songbirds and other birds alike, fabulous for only one seed!
The high energy level within is perfect for cold periods, or as a peanut substitute, you definitely can see the energy as the birds scrapple on the feeders!
A firm favourite with almost all types of wild birds and gardeners alike, we have noticed that they are a firm favourite with our resident Bullfinches.
